Those are Finecolour, alcohol based with double tip markers, that are in 192 shades. Although this brand is cheaper than Copic, and felt tips are not replaceable (well, and are not refillable as well), quality of line is superb. This is a very nice way to start adventure with pro markers, definitely worth a try!
Oh, and black contour was made with Sakura Micron pen .
